I can’t believe it’s ten years since Harvey Nichols arrived to Dundrum Town Centre.  I have been a huge fan from the beginning.  I love their labels, it’s a really comfortable space to browse, their Personal Shopping Service is relaxed, professional and so much fun and the staff are helpful, friendly and honest. There is no pushy, hard-sell here.

I also love the fact that you can try go on to their main Harvey Nichols website – see something you like from a whole range of other labels that may not be stocked in the Dublin store and the girls will order it for me to try on – with no obligation to buy.  Sweet!

The Birthday “Autumn/Winter 15 Fashion Show” took place in the yummy Rock Lobster upstairs (one of my favourite restaurant rooms – and the food to match!) and it was wonderful to see a whole selection of labels and looks that are genuinely wearable – in all price ranges.  FYI: Finders Keepers is great label, that’s really affordable and looks much more expensive than it is because of the quality of fabric, design and really good tailoring.

I wore a Karl Lagerfeld jumpsuit and Necklace from Harvey Nichols.  My clutch is Lara Bohinc and Kurt Geiger shoes from Arnotts.  But the ‘Piece de Resistance’ I have to say was my new Deborah Veale coat from Deborahs new collection.  IT got a lot of oohs and aahs when I walked in with the designer herself. Result!
